What Valor UK is
The academy
Valor UK is a proper team programme on the biggest rental events in the United Kingdom: Club100, BRKC, SRK, EKS and the UK 24 hour races. You race in team colours, with the team around you, against the strongest domestic fields there are.
It is also where Valor develops its next Works drivers. Every driver in the academy has a progress plan built to move them up.

Nobody moves up by accident. The academy runs to a plan, and you can see where you are on it at any point in the season.
