The top of the team
Works is where Valor goes racing at the highest level the sport has. The European indoor championships are the hardest rental racing in the world, with full grids of national champions and professional drivers, and Works is the team that contests them.
These are the seats everyone in the team is working towards. They are filled from inside Valor first, from drivers who have earned them in the academy.

An indoor season across Europe, from February to December. The full running order sits on the race calendar.
The majors
The Benelux Karting Championship, the Polish Champions Cup, ERW at Eupen and the Euro Karting Cup.
Endurance
The BNC 8 Hour and the Belgian National Championship at WorldKarts Kortrijk, raced as a full team.

Through the academy
Start in Valor UK
Most Works drivers come up through the academy, racing the United Kingdom calendar with a progress plan and clear promotion targets.
Already at the level
Drivers with the record to go straight in are considered for Works on application. Tell us what you have done and where you have done it.
